On Saturday, May 2, 2015, Debra J. Dockery, by special invitation, attended the Uvalde High School Jazz Ensemble's "Special Night of Jazz X" at the newly renamed 'John H. Harrell' Auditorium in Uvalde, Texas.  The evening featured professional jazz musicians from around the country, in concert with the Uvalde High School Jazz Ensemble, directed by Mark Lyon, UCISD Jazz Band and Choir Director.  Saturday's visit was not only a musical treat, but also a reminder of the excellence in design of this Auditorium, designed by Debra J. Dockery, Architect, P. C.
