Debra J. Dockery, Architect, P.C. is happy to announce that, after many hours/years of study, testing and conviction, Carlos Cruz became the 23545th Licensed Architect in the State of Texas as certified by the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners.  The firm now has two (2) licensed Architects and we whole heartedly congratulate Carlos on his devotion, stamina and success in achieving his intended goals.  Carlos confides in us that, not only is this a source of pride to him and the firm, but also to his family, being the first to achieve this level of professionalism.  Our hats off to Carlos.  His wife, Michelle has announced that there will be a BBQ in Carlos's honor on Saturday, March 23, 2013
